IDI Composites International, the premier global formulator and manufacturer of thermoset molding compounds, announces the appointment of Melinda Bostic to the position of Customer Service Representative. Ms. Bostic will be responsible for responding to customer requests and providing product and applications support. As part of the IDI Composites Global Customer Support team, she will provide customer service for the full range of IDI Composites products, including bulk molding and sheet molding compounds. Ms. Bostic’s appointment reflects IDI Composites continued commitment to customer service and support, to ensure that its customers can effectively meet the industry’s challenging applications and material requirements.

Previously, Ms. Bostic worked for Chemtura, a specialty chemical company headquartered in West Lafayette, Indiana, where she was a Customer Care Specialist in the company’s Polymer Additives Business Unit. A graduate of Ball State University, Ms. Bostic holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
